Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Families

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I appreciate working with individuals/families/couples of various ages and backgrounds.

I feel I am in my element helping others work through barriers that block balance in emotional regulation, decision making and healthy perspective- self-care. That said, I attend to clients with a client centered approach; this is to ensure a positive and meaningful experience. Additionally, I often incorporate family systems, cognitive behavioral, experiential and mindful techniques and education.

Through these methods, clients can expect to feel heard, supported and, ultimately, empowered to move forward with balance in their lives—to discover and celebrate their greatness.
