The busy in and outs of every day melt away when in our Rest Room. Guided meditation, activities encouraging mindfulness, with the addition of our virtual reality environments, this room is designed with you in mind. You are welcome to lay down, stretch, and find a position comfortable for you with our padded floor mats, futon, or any of our traditional seating. This will be a separate service from our traditional therapy sessions, whether you are a current client or a new client, this is accessible to anyone.
